How old? what size? have you cycled them? My male hogg was an insane breeder, actually wrapping the females lower half. More info and I may be able to help. Craig Kade

Are you SURE they are male and female?
Wouldn't be the first time someone spent years raising a snake, only to find out it was a different sex than they originally thought. If you are positive they are sexed correctly, then it could be any number of things, but hoggs are usually pretty eager breeders.

One sure why to find out .........
Leave a pair together for acouple weeks,then pitch a
"confirmed" male (yearling or older)shed in the cage.
The other male will be the one flipping his tail and cruiseing the cage,if in fact you have a female already present.
No need to cycle Hog Islands IMO.
