breeding set up

I keep my pair of ball pythons in 28 qt sweater boxes. Should I place them in a larger container when introducing them for breeding? Or should I place the females in the males 28qt container. Thanks!

For breeding, I like to use 41qt. tubs. Depending on the size of the snakes, you may be able to get away with the 28qt.
