I get a food processor and throw in random vegies. I use collard greens, yellow squash, zuccini, sweet potatoe, carrots, pok choy, mustard greens, and then mix that all together in a bowl. Dust that with Miner-all calcium.(phosphorous free if your going to keep them outside) They will love some apple and banana also. But just as a treat. Some flowers I feed them are hibiscus, sage, nasturtium, and dandelions. They seem to be attracted to yellow foods.

I stole the food processor idea from a friend.(Thanks Cord)

We use frozen mixed veggies with kale (and/or) dandelion greens. We thaw the mixed veggies in hot/warm water so they absorb extra water. Young chucks grow great on it and thin ones put weight on very nicely while eating it; and it is great for maintaining a healthy chuck. It is cheep and available at just about any grocery store. Hope this helps.

Ditto what has been said. When in season mine will eat large amounts of hibiscus and dandelion flowers. Feed a variety and you will have success.
