weird albino annectans

of all the albino i ever produced (quite a lot)over the years this is the only one looking like this.Hard to describe really,sort of muted with very few markings and a kind white frosted touches.strange. ive seen albino sayi that look similar but this is pure annectans.

That is unique,,, looks as if it is trying to be a stripe or patternless? very cool...hard to tell how big it is...is that an 06 baby?? Tom Stevens

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the positive feedback.

Its a juve female (2005) that didnt start very well but is flying along now.She hatched from albinos i got from Brian Barczyk in 97,they also pop up the odd hi red types.Ive bred numerous babies from this pairing and never had any similar to this b4, just popped out from nowhere really very wierd.Ill get some updated pics soon.

Though I doubt the camera does this snake true justice, you hit the nail on the head when you described the white areas of its pattern as frosty. Beautiful. How old? Where from?

I defo need to get a better updated pic of that female for you m8.The photo does not do justice.Shes a 05 juve that hatched from barczyk albino annectans and despite a slow start (in pituophis terms) she doin fine now and just moved to a bigger viv.

I think the markings on that one are very nice indeed. It'll be interesting to see how these splashes of colors turn out as an adult.
