help my Savannah Monitor laid eggs...

hello..i got a Savannah Monitor today and got her home and set up her tank and all that...i take a shower and look at the tank and see that she laid 4 egss..all 4 are in diff. places.what do i do??do i take them out and put a stong light on them? do leave them and let her hatch them??please any info would be nice..you can email me at djtapthatas5@aol.com

First, I'll direct you to the monitor forum for the best in savannah care. Was this a wild caught animal? Why do you think you were sold a gravid female?

It's up to you to decide whether you want to incubate the eggs or not. The main concern right now is the female. Monitor her for lethargy and/or anorexia... often the first signs something is wrong. Any twitching of the digits or anything more severe is indicative of a calcium deficiency and should be attended by a veterinarian immediately.
