A Question about Snake Habits

bsg915 Nov 12, 2006 09:50 PM

So I have a Dumerils Boa and an Argentine Boa. I know the Dumerils is an ambush predator, and he does burrow in the Aspen Substrate I have. What I didn't expect, is the Aregntine Boa Burrowing into the substrate. Is this something the Boa Constrictor Genus does? I have never heard of that before. I used to have a B.c.c., but he never did that. Any ideas?

I have 7 colombians and they all burrow.

My albino male and het female stay under their shavings. My het male and normal female will burrow around, but usually stay up on top.
