Does it look like it is loosing alot of weight? Does the snake have a hide? Are you trying live or frozen thaw? If its a baby i would make sure it has a hide get a nice fat fuzzy put it in front of the hide and leave it alone, If it is loosing weight and you have a hide and have tried a fuzzy you may need to start assist feeding. Babies loose weight fast.

I had one that had 6 meals that I had to assist, always offered first, but one day walla she ate on her own, it was funny because she started swallowing while the pup was alive. Now she is on her 3rd pup and she kills then eats.

I know what you mean I have one that is 6 moths old and just started a month ago to eat on his own. In the begining we were assist feeding him and he would twist around and spit it out no matter how far it was in. It would take 3 times befor he would swallow. He wasnt gaining weight. I left him alone for 2 weeks and he just non stop moving around his tank ,I didnt enev try to feed him. Then after the two weeks i weighed him he was down to 48 grams tryed to assist feed him and for the first time he tred to coil, then right after i put a live fuzzy in front of him he struck me and then struck the fuzzy coiled and ate three that night.. Wow you should have heard me jumping up and down to see him do it .. It was a long haul but worth it. He is now 160 grams and eats like a champ.. I realy had thois little guy for dead, But something kicked in..

One thing to keep in mind, is that baby ball pythons make a nice meal for lots of animals in the wild. If you have your baby in a big enclosure she may be stressed and refuse to eat. I keep all my babies in 12 inch by 6 inch by 8 inch sterilite containers and this seems to give them a boost in confidence in their environment, and they readily feed.
Hope this helps
