You didn't mention its environment conditions and I don't know how experienced you are, so just to be on the safe side and not meaning to insult you, I recommend making sure temps & humidity are OK, first. Fluctuations in these will affect feeding.
I would also check for mites and any other signs of illnesses, which you've probably already done. There again, not meaning to insult you, but to be on the safe side since it wasn't mentioned.
Try feeding a live baby mouse or rat pup. Hopefully, if all of the above check out OK, live prey will entice it to feed.
