My buddy is doing a list and I was just wondering if you guys use pantherophis instead of elaphe now.

I really just like the seperation of new world rats from the asian rats.

You will get a very divided answer here. The main reason being that not everyone agrees with the seperation. I think it is a much needed split but it still has a few kinks.
