I've used waxworms with great success. I haven't used superworms before. Hope that helps!

I would think waxworm. It has more fat and calorie.

Another vote for waxworms. Be careful though as the more you feed your leopards waxworms, the more they expect waxworms.
Waxworms are like candy to these animals and feeding too many/too often could change their feeding habits.

Ditto to that. A few seasons ago I experimented with a few animals on just waxworms for a week. They went off feed for several weeks when crickets and mealies were offered. I really like supers for plumping them up on a regular basis and have had no negative experiences with them so far on a few hundred animals.
