Is there such thing as overfeeding ur dragon?
Yes.
You just have to judge how much your dragon will eat in about 5-10 mins. I take it your talking about insects?
Obviously some have more fat content than others such as waxworms which should be fed sparingly as they are like cream cakes to beardies.
I'll tell you what I feed, if that helps?:
Mon - Crickets(main-supplemented with calcium once a week and vitamins every 2 weeks)/couple of mealworm beetles if available/couple of giant mealworms - I like to give a variety of insects as well as a variety of greens as it keeps them interested
Tues - Bowl of greens
Wed-Greens
Thurs-Same as Mon without supplements
Fri-Greens
Sat-Greens
Sun - SUNDAY PLATTER!!Favourite greens and fruit with a couple of worms on top(meal/giantmeal/occassional wax worm)
I also throw in the wax moths as they come out of their cocoons as a treat- he loves to chase them around his viv)
Khan seems happy with this routine and hold his weight fine.
Hope that helps.
There's an excellent list of foods u can feed on

how many of them I feed :OD
I go through a box of crickets a week-half on monday and the rest on thurs.
The worms obviously last longer as I only feed a few at a time. Because of this some of them turn into their adult version which provides an alternative food subject for your beardie.
I gut load all of the insects a day before I feed them with the same stuff I feed 'Khan' on veg days.
Apple/potato for moisture. (Crickets and worms)
Collard/grapes/other available SAFE greens for food. i.e. not lettuce!!(crickets)
Bran mixed with pro grub (worms)
As Khan is nearly 2, most of his diet is veg, but I still like to give him a choice of insects.
He's bit spoilt really!!! (I even spent a week building him a new viv!!)
ONLY THE BEST FOR MY BOY!!!!

Yes, it is possible to overfeed your dragon and many people do, especially with insects once the dragon reaches adulthood. An adult dragon should get only a small amount of insects daily, or an insect meal a couple times a week. No more than 10% of their diet should be insects. This means maybe a half dozen crickets, a couple large silkworms, butterworms or superworms a day, or a dozen adult crickets, 3-6 large silkworms, butterworms or superworms a couple times a week.
