WEIRD DEFICATION .. WHATS GOING ON?

hello, i have yearling spur thigh tort. that is having these weird droppings that look like moist grey sand .... she has no sand in her enclosure so i have no clue what it is ... it just looks like grey watery sand/gravel... anyone know what this is???

Dehydration. Give more water.
