Now I know that I am supposed to wait and quarentine and allow for settling in and all that jazz. But, OK...I jumped the gun. After a few tries of the one male in with my female I got frustrated and put the new Tudehope male I got from John in with her and gave the first male a rest. I did it because John mentioned that the new guy had already been courting a female and I figured if he isn't stressed from the trip he may still be in the mood. Any way...He has only been with her about an hour or so and this is how I found him!! Definately appears to be courting and she seems receptive. I can't see any true copulation but he seems to be trying like heck and if she will let him it seems his odds are good. Tell me what you all think.

Not the pairing I originally had in mind but hey, they may just do the trick! Keeping my fingers crossed.

He is really only 4ft about 4 lbs. The girl is just at 6ft at ll lbs.

Well...not bad for an initial introduction. The were locked up from about 9:30 last night until about 1:00 this afternoon. They appear to be resting now. Lets see if they get back to it in the near future.

I haven't seen them lock up again but he still hasn't left her side. We will have to see what transpires over the next few weeks. I will definately be monitoring them closely.
