Can anyone tell me where I can find some true high end dragons for sale? There are alot of nice ones out there, but I'mm looking for solid reds and others you see in breeders collections as holdbacks or their breeders.
Thanks,
Glenn

Not sure about being reliable but fireandicedragons.com has pretty ones but they look expensive. Ummm.... Dachiu.com has beautiful drgons good prices. Ummm.... yeah there are alot of good dragons out there. But Dachiu looks like the best I've seen.
Dragons Den Herp.com also has some really nice looking bearded dragons.

They are much appreciated! I am familiar with those sites mentioned, but would love to see individual pics of the higher end animals for sale. Dachiu usually has them individually, but many other breeders don't.
Anyway, thanks and have a great Thanksgiving!
Glenn
Happy thanksgiving. Dachiu will have pics up sometime this sunday of their new dragons so make sure to check it out!
Depends on what you define as “High End”. Generally speaking, an adult or sub-adult that is what you describe is going to cost serious $$$ or is just not for sell. Some lines color up quick and then fizzle out, others color up at an older age, some color up and stay that way. I offered “Ginger” to several people for $100 before I finally said, “fine, I’ll keep her”; now she is on a book cover and not for sale at any price. Salsa started nice but average (pic at 8 weeks) but is truly unbelievable now, IMHO (pic at seven months). Sometimes it is best to trust what a breeder tells you (deal with a breeder you trust). I am amazed when people want a “screamer”, “hold back”, “one that looks like that” etc. and then don’t want the one you tell them will be like that (or close). Because it may not look like that at the moment, most breeders have a pretty good idea what key things to look for in their own dragons. Of course with any “live - stock”, there is nothing for sure. It is also true that we all have varying tastes, one you think is perfect, may just be okay to me (and versa visa). I see several dragons advertised whenever I look that have lots of potential to be, or are “High End”. The breeders others have mentioned are all good places to start, Randy from Alpha Dragons also has nice dragons.
