Is this a River Roads?

I am unfamiliar with alterna localities, but was wondering your opinion on this one...

Does this look like a River Roads alterna?

It is much more important to know and trust that an animal is as represented than to try to reverse engineer the locatily based on looks.

But that animal looks like it could very well be a river road to me.
