Do you mean a thermostat that would plug into a 220 line and then have your 220 heater plug into the thermostat? I'm not sure if such a plug-and-play product exists.
I wonder if you could wire a digital house thermostat into your heater. I don't know enough about electrical wiring to tell you about that (except I know I can't use electronic thermostats in my house because of the type of wiring our heater uses... 3 wire versus 2 or 4/5 wires....).

I know Ranco and Johnston Controls make a few models that are available in 220V, however I am unsure about the max wattage they can handle. Essentially these could be plug an play assuming your forced ari fan doesn't already have a conflicting thermostat.

I have a 220V line voltage Tstat in my snake room. There are tons of them designed for use with radiant heaters.
Get the max wattage produced by your heater and then start shopping. Or post it here and we can help.
I have 1500 watts of heater running on mine and I know it can handle more.
Mine does not have the night-time temp drop but somewhere I have a PDF file on a product that does.
Feel free to email me and I can send it to you, assuming I can even find it.
