Ok, I seem them now. Nice turtles. It's always a pleasure to see Florida Box turtles. It's strange, though, to see males without the red eyes.

Easily corrected: use a camera with a flash that gives the turtle 'red eye'.

Sorry, couldn't resist with all of this photo and camera envy around here lately...Me, I still shoot film with my Nikons.

That's one of the things I find so interesting about Chip, his eyes aren't red either.
