Could be many different things causing this. First & formeost is its health, like: respiratory infection, mites, etc....

Other factors could be, but not limited to:
Caging conditions, like: temperature decrease, humidity, etc...
Brumation
Too large of a prey. (Even though it may have eaten that size before.)
Or, several other things.

Do a health inspection if you haven't already and double check caging conditions. Try feeding smaller live prey. If a snake is healthy, smaller live prey can sometimes induce feeding.

Is it active, compared to the other one?

Keep us posted & have a good one!

Boas do not brumate.

... but many boas tend to slow down feeding in the winter. Males especially. If there are not other symptoms going on (mucous, wheezing or popping), and your temperatures are good, I wouldn't worry about it. My hog island male only eats every month (and very irregularly) during the cold winter months, probably has to do with reduced daylight.

Not worrying doesn't mean not trying. If I were you I'd try my suggestions and if no progress, try again next week. And so on.

Take care!

Technically, I believe you're right.

I have a tendency to use "brumate" too liberally and I apologize for any misunderstanding I might have caused by doing so.

In this instance, I was referring to the slowing of a snake's metabolism by an extended cool period. In fact this is what I usually mean when I say "brumate." Even though I'm not alone in my technical misuse of the word, it doesn't make it right.

Thanks for clarifying things. (No, no sarcasm.)

Take care!

I figured that was what you meant, just didn't want anyone to get the idea that it's ok to try and make a boa hibernate No hard feelings meant at all! I only have a few species of snakes so I think it'd be easy to slip like that if I had a bigger variety...

One more thing to try.... I know you feed live, so this may be unpleasant for the mouse, but try dipping it in some chicken broth. Some people do that when trying to switch to frozen/thawed, but since boas tend to like poultry, it might be enough to stir up some appetite in your little guy.

"No hard feelings meant at all!"

And none taken.

Have great day!
