this is ther link, thay say that thay only do harmless lizards though. i ship and recieve next day air from them all the time, but would still rather use ups personaly.

To my knowledge it is ILLEGAL to ship snakes through the mail.

First, It is illegal to ship snakes via USPS. It is a federal offense. Second it is illegal to ship internationally without being licensed to import/export and go through the proper channels. It is not like shipping to another state within the US. It is a violation of the Lacey act if you ship an animal in that fashion.
