Looking to Breed

snakeboy7167 Nov 21, 2006 12:43 PM

I have a male columbian that has really nice colors (some may consider him to be pastel) and I am wondering what would I should breed it too? I have a limited budget so I don't want to spend anymore than around $350 for a nice female. I am not looking to produce and serious morphs, and I'm not really concerned with the babies being het for anything (it would just be a bonus if they were). I just want some real nice above average babies. I was thinking of maybe using a female hogg and making crosses, or perhaps a hypo or salmon if I can find one cheap enough. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I say go for the hypo. They are good looking, seem to breed well, and if your snake is Pastel, you could get some nice Pastel Hypos. They are really colorful neeto looking critters, and a worthy first litter IMO.
