i see some unshedded skin on his nose, need to get that off. is he or she eating? and what does his mouth inside look like? it could be possible its mouth rot. but i am no vet to say that but thats the only thing i can think of. or some kind of infection.Next best thing i can say is a vet visit for sure. Tho i have been breeding leos for about 5-6 years now and i have never encountered anything from my animals that i have for a while i have bought one unhealthy leo from daytona and she died after a month of having her she wouldnt eat anything and kept losing weight and never seemed too lively. now i have 10 healthy geckos 9 are from daytona and the other a private breeder. well i sure wish u the best of luck diagnosing your geckos problem and hope he/she gets better fast.

sincerely
Danielle

I've never seen mouth rot look like that. Not to mention gothlic said he doesn't need to be referred to a vet....
Anyway, my best guess would be a swollen lymph node. Again that's a big guess. I've never seen that lump on any herp before. Do let us know when you find out for sure what it is.

Can reptiles get tumors? I had a few rats when I was younger that developed huge masses like that, but i've never really heard of it in reptiles.. Just my two cents.

i doubt it is a lymph node but it may be immune related and my go away after a day or two. Get some lit or find some web pages on mouth rot and diagnose it from that. If it's not that it may be an abscess and if its that unfortunately a vet is your only option and I'm against "take it to a vet" advice. If thats the case it may be fine when removed or it may come back. So look up mouth rot and see if that is the case.

Looks like an eye related infection. Take it to the vet they will drain the abcess. And give yo some antibiotics to treat it with.
