04 Vivid orange male

KenCasstevens Nov 22, 2006 11:03 AM

I don't think I've posted him in a while so heres a new pic. I love his head pattern, and his bright orange color. He seems to be growing very slowly, but he should be a stud for me in 08.

Thanks Michelle, and Russ. He really is getting brighter with every shed. He's losing more black as he gets older too. Can't wait to see how he turns out.

Wow, that one sure is a looker! I really like how the black border around the saddles gets progressively thinner toward the head. I am interested to see his pattern as an adult. Keep the pics coming!

Thanks. He is the one that started the Thayeri ball rolling for me. Michelle Rogers is ultimately responsible for my Thayeri addiction, though. Her persistence paid off, and I've been a variable fan ever since. My first purchase was this guy that came from Tim at Vivid. He continues to get brighter with age. Can't wait to breed him.

That is a real nice classic buckskin. Is she from Lloyd Lemke? Do you have any other Lemke thayeri? The first pair of thayeri I got were from Lloyd and I wish I still had them.

MichelleRogers Nov 28, 2006 09:15 AM

Hi Aaron, yes she is a lemke and I sent you a email with the whole story on how I acquired her. The only other that i have off of the lemke line is a male from John Cherry that is laredoxlemke. this is him in the picture.
