I had something very similar happen. Only i saw a tiny bit of moving from wen the baby would take a breath. I let it sit in the egg for a while and then i got worried so what i did is(not sure if you should do this or not but it was my first hatchling so i got nervous) anyways i picked up the egg and i pushed from the back of it andf the aby leo popped out and started running around.

after an hour and a half of NO MOVEMENT at all i assumed the worst so I figured he was done for, and as soon as i peeled back a little piece of the egg he was UP AND OFF TO THE RACES...lol for not being able to get out of the egg he sure is an energetic one
