I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT THE LAW IS IN OK FOR KEEPING HOTS

Oklahoma Department of Wildlife can fill you in. I believe for native species you need a breeder permit, and for exotics a special permit. Also for wild collecting I think yo have to have a basic hunting license, like you would get for ducks or quail.
