Hi,
If your snake is acting like he is going to bite you when you have him out like that how do you put him back in his cage DO you wait for him to calm down a bit first?

No,when Im done playing I just approach with a flat palm and cover them quickly,scoop'em up and in the cage they go.Im not affraid of my animals.I would rather they didnt bite but sometimes they feel the need to try and taste Daddy
