Our first Copulation for this season!!

Here is our first Copulation of the 2006-2007 breeding season. This pairing is a Male Pastel 66% pos het Orange Ghost (father to our Sunburst Pastel Crosses) X Female Pastel 50% pos het Orange Ghost. This pairing produced a clutch last season but the female held them way too long and we ended up losing the entire clutch. We had 3 viable eggs from the 6 eggs clutch. one of which had great veining but never developed correctly. The other 2 ended up being a pastel and a super pastel both of which died in the egg after pipping. Definitely was a head scratcher.
