I recieved them on August 28th. 1in. as of today they are almost 3in. They still have their first scutes! One is a Texan and one is a Concentric. I have all the proper things for them but i dont know if they should look the way they do or not. They have a 100watt uva/uvb mecury vapor bulb about 15in. from basking spot and they munch on crushed coral in their tank. their's just the 2 of them in a 30 gallon long. The Texan's shell looks like its spread out everywhere away from its baby scutes. But the baby scutes are still there. When should they loose them?! Oh, fresh water also. very clean!
