Discolored scales question

hi, was woundering if anyone knew what this could be it appeared after a shed and he has shed since and it hasnt changed at all it's just whitish scales, they seem to look normal except for the color

A few thoughts:

Could it be a burn from touching a heat source?

Possibly a result of a rodent bite?

I have a rick red male that developed several browned out areas. I still have no idea why, no heat source, never fed live!

theres no possible way to be burned, it's room is heatting not the individual cage and never feed live eather
