New Pics with a new Camera!!!

JustinMitcham Nov 25, 2006 07:24 PM

Check this Extreme Red Albino girl out, 60grams and about 5 months old..
My Sony Madvica 75 is super easy to use, great zoom etc.. but the picture quality seemed to be going downhill. My pics started looking grainy and it was getting harder and harder to take pics that acuratley depicted the animal.
This pic was taken using a Panasonic Limux FZ50 , it's a 10megapixel camera with a 12x zoom.
Tell me what you think.. I'm pretty happy with it so far..

I don't know if it's the camera or what, but the red on the head and face area of your hog is this awesome reddish orange, almost like a goldfishes coloration.

..you should see one in person my friend..taking pics is one thing but actually holding one and seeing it for yourself is another!!

I've said it before, but you have some absolutley beautiful snakes! Have you been able to produce any extrmeme reds yourself?

I am the originator of the Exreme Red line and the one who coined the phrase.

Well, the hoggies are of course very beautiful! What setting did you use on your camera? I just got a new 10mp too, and take most snake photos with the macro setting, but am not 100% happy with that.

This is the 1st real camera I have ever owned and I really don't know much about them or what I am doing , but what seemed to work best for me was setting the ISO to 100 and adjusting the shutter speed a little slower for more exposure , everything else was set to automatic, I used the macro autofocus setting for these shots.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Justin
