Shane Kinney Nov 26, 2006 04:09 PM

Ok, I've seen plenty of cool dog pics on the forum, but never any feline pics. Lets see them! Here's my cat, Sammy Brown Balls, the cutest blue eyed siamese mix/mutt ever! lol.

This boy is a champion rodent catcher which is usefull if you ever have any get loose!

Brown Balls likes REI

How about a boa breeding pic? This is Norman Jr.(Motley male) breeding a nice normal girl

I don't keep snake food as pets but that cat is cool and I am sure very useful. I hate it when the rodents get loose! I have some great stories of that kind of stuff happening...LOL

Good luck Shane on the breeding!

The male is on the left. They've been fixed since this pic was taken.

This crazy calico was my neighbor's cat across the street from me. This cat for whatever reason (I NEVER fed it) was always hanging around my house. When I would leave for work in the early morning, the cat would be on my house roof, leaning over the edge and meowing very loudly until I would reach up and pet her. My daughter was 2 at the time, and this cat LOVED her, always running up to her and rubbing on her and purring. Anyway, this cat apparantly wasn't fixed, and was pregnant with her second litter. I brought up the subject with my neighbor, and she said that every time she tried taking her to get fixed, she would be pregnant. My neighbor also stressed about the responsibility of finding homes for the kittens that were coming. I mentioned to her that I knew a lady at my job that ran a cat adoption place that would care for the cat during the birth, find good homes for the kittens, spay the female after the birth, then find her a good home. I gave my neighbor her business card, and to make a long story a little shorter, my neighbor took her up on the offer. It's been almost a year now since that happened and I got constant updates on her status at work. She had four kittens-two calico and two all black. Calicos were of course adopted right away, but they all found homes for them. The cat was spayed and adopted as well. I do miss that cat, but I feel good about doing what I feel was the right thing to do, and I applaud my neighbor too.
