does the femal need to be interested. i place the male with the female a week ago and he's been at it since. the female lets him do it and stays there quite. however when she sees me she comes with ehr 'neck' forward for food. in fact now i rarely go so i dont disturb them. is this bad? is she supposed to be into it as much as he? ideas pls.. thanks a lot. ( ps. she is not hungry. she had 2 bunnies 3 weeks ago)

I don't think so, no. Sometimes a female can even look aggravated or annoyed at the attempts of a male. I guess as long as the male is doing what he needs to do, you should be ok, just make sure to leave the male in for long enough.

Hope you get a nice big litter as a result!
