Looks like a juvenile Everglade's Ratsnake.

It can be hard to discern sometimes from photos, but it is definitely "yellow" or "everglades"ratsnake. To clear this up, all you have to do is take a close look at it's tongue. Black tongue = "yellow rat", red tongue = "everglades".........also, the "everglades" will become more "orange" with age. Although some people don't give this ssp. taxonomic validity, the differences between these two variants remain note-worthy............... hope this helped...........Doug
good point, i did forget about the tongue color. been a while since i've seen either up close.
