Do you cycle your females that ar not of breeding size? Just wanted to get a few opinoins and reasonong behind them.

From what I've heard only- no, because they'll often go off feed when cooled down and you need them eating.
Yes I cycle all my subadult and breeder females even the ones I am not going to breed this year. They would go through this in the wild. Possibly a body clock thing. Thats why they call it cycling. I don't cycle my hatchlings. Works for me.
It's been my experience (limited as it may be) that most females will "cycle" themselves after their first winter whether you want them to or not so you might as well get them used to it.
