If you are looking for the expanded pvc used by some cage manufacturers, then try here:
www.usplastics.com
Not sure what shipping will cost you since it would need to come by freight.

I purchased a few sheets of 1/2" black Celtec 550 from Port Plastics which has distribution points around the country. The Denver branch was a pleasure to deal with.
It was MUCH cheaper than US Plastic and the product from Port was lighter. This was based on last years prices and availability.

Current snakes:
0.0.1 Gonyosoma oxycephala - Java locale (green)
1.2 Gonyosoma oxycephala - Jave local (green)
2.2 Gonyosoma janseni - Seleyar locale (all black)
1.2 Gonyosoma janseni - Celebes locale (Black & Tan)
I spent some time looking into making my own pvc cages.
If you plan on going into the cage building buisness, then fine, but for personal needs your better off buying a plastic cage from someone like The Boaphile. After all is said and done, you will end up spending about twice as much as you would pay to have a 421d shipped to you for $200.oo

I have to agree - a few years ago I started pricing it out as well - with all the extra material and possible mistake-waste, the cost margin to save money on making a cage (unless you have a specific dimension you want to make that isn't available), doesn't really make it worth it for one or two cages.
But if you need to build many, it will probably be cheaper once you have the construction methods down....
