For darts, I would have a 10' long, 5' tall, and 4'wide glass tank. The front third would be a pond w/ gravel for substrate and about 10 inches deep. It would have some aquatic plants and a school of neon tetras and maybe a small corydoras catfish. This would be against the glass so you can see the fish. Hiding beind a rock or peice of wood would be a fogger. From this, a little stream would lead to a waterfall in the back(essential of course
). The back wall would be cover with cork bark or some wood and would be about 3 feet tall. The last 2 feet would be an area with some cool plants. Going from the bottom front left corner to the top back right corner would be some driftwood. Along this would be some cool lookin' safe mushrooms. The bottom of the tank would be coated with pillow moss. Somewhere in there would be a big flowering bromeliad. And some orchids, aroids, begonias, and ferns, but I dont know what kinds.
I would keep some bumblebee, green and black, blue, and strawberry darts in there. Also some red-eyed tree frogs. And a baby emerald tree boa. I would never mix species from different areas. I would feel unnatural to me. Probably owuldnt work either. Sorry for ranting, but no one ever asked me that and I got all excited.
