And finally, a male

Awesome! Your killing me.
Randy W.
These are great I can't wait to start working with them.
These guys had me really worried. Paid a small pile of $$$ for them and they both fed twice and then shut down. Actually the female shut down and the male had me even more worried because after feeding twice just fine, he fed again and regurged. Then he shut down. But following the advice of Terry Cox (I think it's you Terry that have the moellendorfi, right?) here on the forum and others, I just put them down for the winter (mid-January through mid-April). Brought them out just about a month ago and after their post-brumation shed (which happened maybe a week after they were warmed up) they started feeding like crazy. I'm really relieved about that and also that the male is holding everything down just fine. I've heard of a lot of people losing cb hatchling moellendorfi (and having probs getting them to feed). It's now apparent to me that they MUST have a winter brumation. Great snakes - I'm really enjoying working with them.
a foot hold in some of the US breeders collections. I know you breeders have gone through alot of effort getting them imported and working with them when the survival rate is low. It will be nice to see some captive breds in collections. Good luck David
I think these guys are the prettiest things...and I've heard that WC have a low survival rate. Please please get them to breed so I can have a CB.
