Yellow Bellies

EmberBall Nov 30, 2006 06:16 PM

I have a nice 800 gram male Yellow Belly, and a 500 gram male Pastel Yellow Belly. I have always liked the subdued look of most Yellow Bellies, but also have seen some that are real knock outs. This is a pic of my male YB, anyone have a stunning YB? Also, what other crosses have been produced with them, and are any really amazing? I have not made it to Daytona yet, so am a little behind on some of the crosses.

It's a public forum, and I didn't take the photos and I don't own the snakes.

Email me at the address below and tell me what cross pics you want to see and I'll email them back to you.

The Yellow belly pictured below is a SUPER YELLOW yellow belly. I have taken 3 pictures of it with other ball pythons and nothing compares to it.I produced this snake back in April of 2006 around 8 months ago from breeding a yellow belly male to a special female. Here are the photo's of the super bright baby. Let me know what you think.

Dave your yellow belly is nice also. Thanks David
The pictures are:
1) SUPER Yellow belly with a Pastel
2) SUPER Yellow Belly with Normal Yellow belly

Are you sure that is a Yellow Belly? It is very cool, but are you sure that is a YB?

Hey Dave, I am 100% sure that it is a Yellow belly, However I do believe it does have a SPECIAL GENE in it. I have been working with the MOM of this yellow belly for a few years now. She is Weird but not as nice as your Ember mom. I am still working on the genetics of the female but you can see from the Photo's, MY Second generation Yellow bellys are SCREAMERS. They blow most other morphs away. The problem is they get brighter with age and as babies they are not as bright as they are when they are 500 grams. Her are the photo's again.

1) ADult Male yellow belly breeding MOM
2) 06 Baby Yellow belly with ?Fire/Yellow belly? type from above father and MOM
3) 06 Baby Yellow belly with Normal Yellow belly
