I just recieved my paper work from CA DFG to receive a CB reptile propagation permit. It looks pretty straight forward- i intend to be fully honest in all my answers, however is there anything i should be aware of filling out these papers? Are there certain things that can be worded wrong that would cause a rejection of the permit. I really have nothing to fear as i am pretty small scale however i wanted to make sure i am doing it right.

Any help would be appreciated.
