Simple Question. Someone who has done it

Can you have Rats and Mice in the same room for breeding. Seperate racks of course but the racks in the same room. I have seen pictures of them together but want some feedback from the pro's out there..

Sure. I have my rats, mice (any other rodents at the time) and most of my reptiles all in one room. It doesn't seem to bother anyone. Done it for years.

Not only same room (garage) but in the same rack! I have two and needed to up the rat production so the mice gave up two levels to the breeding rats.
