Okay. First off let me start at the beginning. I bred my Jolliff line axanthic that was a possible het for albino to an albino. He did prove out to be het albino AKA double het snow.I hatched out 2 albinos, which are double het for snow and 5 VISUAL normals which are also double het for snow. Nothing new so far. The babies are about 5 months old now and growing nicely. Anyway one of the "normals" shed a few days ago. I noticed she seemed a little more silvery while she was in shed. Imagine my surprise when I checked on her after her shed. This is the way she looked after shed. I have no idea what is going on genenically if anything or if this is just a random pigment change. All I know is she is very different at the moment. She seems to be showing axanthic color on her sides but has a faint yellow stripe down her back. Needless to say I am now keeping her and all her siblings to see what may come from this. The photo with the normal is her sibling. Enjoy.
