sharp and kahl comparison (lots of pics)

edkim Dec 02, 2006 09:16 PM

haven't posted in a while but I thought I should show off the sharp my gf got me a little while back as an early christmas/birthday present. She knew I really wanted it so she told me to go ahead and get it.

I decided to do a comparison between my sharp and my albino jungle poss het stripe. The albino poss het stripe is actually in shed so she looks a little milky. maybe I will try again after she sheds.

here's the sharp with the jungle's tail in the back

and here are them together

and i added my pastel to the mix. the pastel is also in shed so she looks a little dull and purple.

and I decided to add my poss het sharp. i really like this girl and I hope she proves out. She's nice and clean and she has a nice rich brown color and little pinks coming through.

thanks for looking!!

Nice Sharp Ed. Who produced it?

RuBeN14 Dec 02, 2006 09:55 PM

where did you get thatr pastel? She looks awesom also!

edkim Dec 02, 2006 10:19 PM

Hey Ruben,

The sharp was produced by Mario Colvin and the pastel was produced by Gulf Coast Reptiles. They called them pastel pinks. She's gained a lot of color since I picked her up. They had some other lines of these called flames, some hypo flames and pinks, and they had a line crossed into bcc.

Here are some pics of the pastel taken a couple months ago. Sorry for the bad pictures.

here is one of their hypo flames they had on display. I would have grabbed it but I didn't need a male.

Anyways you have some killer sharps Ruben. Take care.

Regards,
eddie

LOL!
I'm all over that pastel. A beautiful pastel with a ton of color. Just kidding about the albinos. They are great. But, I'd take the pastel over them any day.
