50/50 Cal Kings and genetics

FunkyRes Dec 03, 2006 03:47 PM

Does anyone know of a web site that discusses the history and genetics of the 50/50?

Are the wide bands understood genetically?

I had read somewhere that the original 50/50 was a desert cal king and that captive 50/50 all come from it - but I don't remember reading if it was codom, simple recessive, or what.

Not me. If you find one, please post the URL.

I am not aware of it if they are. From the posts I've seen on this forum, either not much is known about Cal king genetics or those who know do not post here.
