that is a very nice axanthic brooksi, they don't get any better than that.

lucky inexpensive find at a show. He seems to be getting lighter as he grows. He's only a 2004 so it'll be interesting when he's full grown. Don

I got this guy at a show with no history at all. I'm thinking alot of folks are breeding them and there are at least a couple of lines out there. The prices have plummeted as well. I picked this guy up for 60$ as a young adult.

Agree with daveb on that. Very nice, not much difference with the ghost that I can see. Maybe there is some refinement to be done with the ghost, I think as bluerosy has suggested in the past- picking a real pale hypo and that nice axanthic gene. If it were mine I would be tempted to breed it to a nice hypo instead of another axanthic. Keep them pics coming. What’s with that first picture? You on your way to church man?! Not that there’s anything wrong with that...

Church? I had to look at the picture again 'cause i didn't know what you meant. I was just on a brief break from work. Nothing against church but there's two basic Sunday conflicts that get in the way; sleep and football. Back to snakes, I've never seen an adult ghost in person. I agree that some that I've seen on this forum don't really look much different than nice axanthics. Don

I am starting to wonder just how much difference there is in the two. I guess my female looks exactly like your male, but in the sun I can see the dark parts are quite pinkish or rosy colored rather than actually dark. Here’s a picture with flash indoors and it looks exactly like your axanthic. Fellow slacker here, this was taken today. Note the way the eyes look really blue, it is the flash plus I guess she’s going to shed again, I can never get a picture right after a shed- mental note to self. (I’ll write it down- that’s not the mental part)
