Noticed the feed cup. Watch for stray crickets! Also noticed your hand mister and dripper in the corner. What are you using to catch the excess water?
You have a nice big cage. I would reccommend getting MORE plants, more branches, more hiding spots. Use all the space you have, there's a lot of 'empty' space in that cage.

I like the cage layout. I havn't figured out how to get my plants up to the top like you have them.

What are the plants on the right & left side top? The one on the left looks like pathos.

Thanks

those are fake. they're all fake besides the tree thing, and the plants on the bottom.

you can get silk shrubs and trees off of ebay for really cheap. I got a 4 foot silk ficus for 20 bucks. You coulf probably get a 5 foot one for 30...it will fill your whole cage up

Your reptarium is kool i have a smaller version and they are so light to move and soon im gonna get the same as yours, but im also thinking about building my own but i need to know where i can find the mesh they use for all reptariums?

What plants do you use?

dumbkid Aug 08, 2003 08:40 PM

i used a dragon tree (the big one) croton (one at the bottom) and a bromeliad (bottom too). go to bigappleherp.com for that reptarium. its only $89.99. its huge. i also went to an arts and crafts place to get all my fake plants. on of the vines i got at petco, and the rest from bigappleherp.com (some of the fake plants too)

how old are you? if you want to build your own cage, you might want your parents to help you. if you're old enough i would suggest chameleonparadise.com. im not sure if thats the right link or whatever, but type that into yahoo or something.
