...I did a google search for "Colombian Rainbow Boa" and the first listing was my website
www.corallus.com/cenchria/index.html
from there you can click on the link for CRB pics and it takes you to this
www.corallus.com/cenchria/mauruspics.html
There are loads more websites that come up using google. Start looking through them and you can see dozens of CRB pics.

This is my female Colombian Rainbow Boa, Epicrates cenchria maurus.
I caught her in Panama in 1989 a couple weeks before Just Cause. She is the second Rainbow Boa I owned. My first one was another CRB that my brother and I got in a trade in 1968 or 1969. I have been crazy about these snakes for a long time.

Wow I find that to be very awesome. The CRB I'm getting(next week btw) is only about one year old. I hope he/she lives just as long(if not longer) than yours.

Beautiful animal there. Do you still have it?

OH! News flash! I could be getting the CRB possibly next week. I'm freaking out, afraid to screw up on caring for it. This is, after all, my first snake that's going to need more specific requirements than kings or ball pythons. Plus I was talking to the current owner and he was telling me how he cared for it. For example he said he heated the cage by putting a heat mat on the side of the tank and the tempetature stayed around the mid-70s. Is this an OK way to heat it, or will I need more heating devices? I planned on getting the basking area to about 82 degrees. Oh I don't know what to do, I'm freaking out!

Pardon the picture title. It was a joke with a friend of mine to tell him how common this species was in Panama.
