I want to know if i should get a savannah monitor from a pet shop, breeder, or a pet shop that not a lot of people know about, like a small pet shop?

Nobody breeds bosc monitors, they are ALL imports, regardless of what the seller claims, Ravi was the last to actually breed them. If your dead set on gettting one for whatever reason then buy one that looks good and is cheap because they all cost the seller the same.
But if you want a captive bred and born, manageablely sized, handeable, friendly, healthy monitor with no parasites get an Ackie.
