Bath time!

in2deep Dec 07, 2006 06:41 PM

Dozer hasn't eaten for over a week, so on the advise of Dr. Dix he got a bath to see if he would drink. I think he did and it seems to have helped. He picked at his greens today.
Anyway this is a photo of him in the bath tub, and I was just curoius what you thought he might end up looking like once he matures. I know he'll change colors, but do they also typically change patterns?
Don't know why, but I really like the pattern on his hind legs...
Thanks for looking!

You've got a real cutie there!! Glad to hear it's doing a little better. When Uros don't eat they dehydrate fast. Young one could possibly benefit from having a water dish, adults don't need it of course.

As for the pattern, it should stay the same. The darker color pattern stays pretty much the same, the lighter areas are where you will see the color change.

Is it just me or does this "cutie" appear to be physically spent? That's not normal posture for a healthy Uro.
