A few pastel questions

bsleeper Dec 07, 2006 08:56 PM

About how much do single male and female pastels go for? Also about how much paired? What is the difference between pastels and pastel jungles?

For what it's worth, I just got a nice Bell line male pastel for $135 $65 shipping ($200 total) from Rich Crowley. He was 190 grams with nice color and feeding on f/t rats.

From what I've heard, "pastel jungle" and "pastel" are synonymous. Graziani first proved the morph and named it pastel jungle; people have since shortened it to pastel.

Whats the difference between pastels and lemon pastels?

Lemon pastels are just another line of pastel. The most common lines are Graziani line, Bell line, and Nerd line (lemon). The names are given from the breeder who started there own line. Nerds Lemon pastels are the best (in our opinion) as they have a higher yellow and don't brown out as much as other lines.
