I knew he was fat..but is this TOO fat?

I mean, look at that belly. Should I start feeding every other day? Is that normal? Should I stop the supers?

And, would it be fair to say it is a he?

Those look like hemipenis to me, but I don't know.

Try to take a belly picture. So we can see the pre femoral pores and bulges.

An overhead view would also help if you want advice on his weight as you mentioned. From the side, it is always hard for me to tell since leos can get into the strangest positions and that changes their shape.

A fat tail no larger than a normal human's thumb is the guide I was given for being overweight. For me, it is easy to go by what looks right. A tail that is nicely filled out, but doesn't bulge in a direction is the sign of a perfect weight. Obviously, a breeding female can go a bit over, but too much over and the extra weigh can stress her pregnancy and egg laying ability. (Always think back to human terms, the more overweight the mother, the greater the chance they stick her on bed rest.)
