Dorbignyi hatching

jimfmcdonald Dec 08, 2006 08:46 PM

Finally at day 60 (10 days sooner then I thought they would hatch) I now have my first successful hatching of Dorbignyi.
These guys are really cool little snakes. And were very easy to breed. They should be even better looking after they have their first shed. If you’re interested in these guy drop me an email. Thanks.

CONGRAT'S on your new babies. They are beautiful.
Do you have a pic of the parents? Are these eastern's or southern's?

They are not an eastern or western. They are a South American hognose just like the tri-color hognose they are from Uruguay. Thanks.

PS you can see lots of photos of the adults on my web site at: www.westernhognose.com

Congrats man! I knew you could do it. How many eggs in that clutch? I couldn't believe that they hatched already. Seems like just yeasterday you posted pics of them locking up. (I bet it seemed like it took forever for you though!)Anyways, great job!

How cool! I didn't know anyone was working with these. Are your adults WC or CB? Keep the pictures coming!
